We own a 21895 m2 industrial allotment with 14000 m2 production facilities, utility lines, road and railroad sidetracks located 5 km off the Riga Commercial Sea Port (http://new.rcpf.lv).
We would consider offering the above premises for sale, lease or realisation of joint projects
We have experience in industrial production of chemichals, logistics and stevedoring services. We also own a fleet of rail car tanks, lift trucks, pumping units, tanks, mixing devices.
We would be ready to offer financing for promising projects.
